Unit price on custom cushions falls in clear steps, driven mostly by setup fees being spread across more pieces.

Minimum order quantity

10 pieces is our starting point for printed cushion covers and complete cushions alike. There is no factory minimum that forces you to buy more than you need — a common complaint about offshore suppliers. We do recommend ordering 3–5% extra to cover transit damage and future replacements.

Private label and branding

• Woven labels — flag or satin, sewn into the seam.
• Printed tags — cardboard or paper hang tags with your logo, barcode and care instructions.
• Custom packaging — polybag, kraft box, rigid gift box, or full retail-ready presentation with ribbon and a printed card.
• Care and origin cards — required for many Western retail buyers; we can print them to your spec.

Hotel, Airbnb and event supply

Hospitality projects have different requirements from retail. We build to a specification — fixed dimensions, fixed fabric weight, fixed fill, fixed colour — so every room matches and every unit is interchangeable. Vacuum compression keeps freight costs low; room-number labels make deployment fast.

We also produce event and promotional stock: conference swag, wedding favours, corporate gifts and fan merchandise.

Quality control and what to check on arrival

• Sample every colour and design before the production run.
• Ask for washed samples on any fabric you intend to launder — colour fastness shows up after washing, not before.
• On arrival, inspect a random 5–10% against the approved sample: dimension tolerance ±1–2 cm, print placement, colour consistency.
