Printing Processes at a Glance
| Dye-sublimation | Best all-round choice. Ink goes into the fibre, so the cushion feels like plain fabric. Great for photos and gradients. Requires polyester-based fabric. |
| Direct-to-garment printing | Full-colour, photographic, no screen setup cost. Best for designs under 50 pieces. |
| Screen printing | Most accurate, most saturated colour for solid areas and lettering. Setup fees apply — worth it above 50 pieces. |
| Embroidery | Highest perceived quality. Ideal for logos, monograms and premium gifts. Highest cost per piece. |
Fabric Options
Cotton, cotton-linen blend, snow-nail fleece (velour-like), plush velvet and printed polyester. We recommend 180 g/m² or heavier for cushions — anything lighter will print thin and lose its shape.
Filling
Polyester fibre fill for shape and easy care, memory foam for a slower, more supportive feel, or a feather-down blend for the softest hand-feel. We can build the insert or supply the cover only.
